Defend

This category of product is a supplementary to various chemicals used in agriculture. Main function of inorganics is in disease control. Phosphoric acid, copper in its various forms, sulfur have long been used in agriculture as disease controlling agents. Most importantly, these inorganics are still effective and economical. We have made some unique formulations which can serve in controlling few diseases and overcoming deficiencies of these inorganic chemicals in soils.

Silicon di-oxide based formulations are attracting its applications in agriculture. Its potassium salts are used as spray adjuvant with many pesticides and foliar fertilizers. Silicones mainly form a layer over leaf surface and thereby make leaves harder. These hard leaves do not permit entry of sucking insects and fungi. Thus, it is an indirect protection against sucking insects and diseases.

Detailing

Defend is based on O-phosphoric acid (65%) technology blended with other antimicrobial minerals. Defend exhibits translaminar action. Defend is developed to diminish attack of different bacteria and fungi attacking agronomically important crops. Defend is particularly developed against downy mildew infesting different crops and late infesting tomato and potato.
